Ski back to the Brandhof
A beginners' lift, the "Zauber lift", right in front of the house awaits our alpine friends. Better skiers will enjoy the Rittisberg chairlift with its steeper slopes just opposite. The bus stop for the ski bus to the Dachstein cable car (glacier) and to the Ski amadé (20 mins. away) is located at the bottom station of our house lift.
The Ramsau West Ski School is situated right nearby and ensures your first encounters with snow are as comfortable, easy and as playful as can be.

The Dachstein Tauern Region
Between the grand South Walls of the Dachstein and the Schladminger Tauern you'll find everything an alpine winter has to offer. The 10 winter sports resorts of the Dachstein Tauern Region will mpress you with their wide range of facilities, Styrian hospitality and inimitable charm.
The 4 mountain ski circuit is the focal point for skiing and connects the well-known winter sports resorts of Ramsau am Dachstein - Schladming - Haus im Ennstal - Rohrmoos - Pichl / Reiteralm.

Right next to the amadé ski region - the largest ski area association in Austria, Ramsau am Dachstein is the ideal base for unlimited skiing fun. Weave your way down powdery pistes, board down untouched deep snow slopes. A breath-taking 18 km of freeriding pistes from the Dachstein Glacier down to the resort of Ramsau await.
